Service Estimatoris responsible forpreparingaccuratecost estimates for service projects by evaluating labor, materials, and project requirements. The role includes reviewing service requests, coordinating with field teams, and developing detailed proposals that align with company standards and client expectations. Responsibilities also involve maintainingstrong communication, supporting project planning, and contributing to efficient and cost-effective service operations

Responsibilities:

• Correlateplan views and section views of drawings.

• Receive Bid Documents and organize (breakout) specifications and drawings in the bid folder and bid server

• Able toidentifydiscrepancies on drawings

• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors tosolicitbids

• Communicate with the estimating teamregardingquestions and/or scope requirements

• Read specifications, answerquestionsandidentifyinconsistencies

• Manage Bid book and its completeness

• Assess and communicate project fit and risks

• Works with Project Managers and Engineers in the field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimating

• Design Build experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing

• Able to read specifications and take off quantities for pricing by others on team

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Well organized and detail oriented

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
