Computed Tomography Technologist Full Time

CT Technologist

We're seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician's scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to perform both CT and X-ray duties.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist or combined CT/X-ray technologist in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT preferred).
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and CT where applicable.
• New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience administering IV contrast and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
• Familiarity with CT imaging protocols, patient positioning, and cross-sectional anatomy.
• Ability to work night shifts. Shift: Flex Shifts. Typical hours: 22000600 (night shift, 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m.).
• Availability to work 80 hours per pay period as required by staffing schedule.
