Restaurant Manager – Kissimmee, FL

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience

4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kissimmee, FL!

We're looking for a hands-on leader with experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate knows how to lead a team, deliver a great guest experience, manage the day-to-day business, and jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and execution
• Lead from the floor in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing  both FOH and BOH operations
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management
• A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
