This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with kidney-related conditions in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting.Why Join Us?Work Schedule: Flexible options available—open to full-time or part-time positions (minimum of 3 days for Part-time).Professional Growth: Gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive multi-specialty practice environment.Impactful Work: Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes for individuals with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and other renal conditions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and renal function evaluations.Assist in the diagnosis and management of kidney-related conditions such as chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, glomerulonephritis, and end-stage renal disease.Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests including blood work (creatinine, BUN, GFR), urinalysis, and imaging studies.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising nephrologist.Prescribe medications, including antihypertensives, diuretics, and phosphate binders, as appropriate.Educate patients and families on kidney disease management, dietary modifications (fluid, sodium, potassium, phosphorus restrictions), medication adherence, and when to seek emergency care.Coordinate care with dialysis centers, transplant teams, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as needed.Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.Stay current with advancements in nephrology through continuing medical education and collaboration with supervising physicians.Greenlife Healthcare Staffing - Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives
