Job Description Summary This role executes cross‑functional projects supporting Digital Care chat and social media operations, delivering well‑defined initiatives aligned to leadership priorities. It partners with Operations, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Care teams to translate ideas into clear plans, manage intake and scope, and coordinate timelines through launch. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, tracking risks and dependencies, providing clear status, and escalating issues as needed. Success requires strong organization, communication, and follow‑through across multiple concurrent initiatives. Overall Purpose Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry‑standard methodologies. Key Roles and Responsibilities End‑to‑End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks. Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration. Job Contribution An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in‑depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long‑term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related program/project management experience from an e‑Commerce perspective. Location Dallas, Texas Compensation and Benefits Our Lead Program/Project Manager earns between $118,800.00 - $178,200.00 USD annually.
