Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour Overtime Pay: $29.25 hourly when working overtime Shift Premium: $0.50 per hour when working 2nd shift Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment Products Being Handled: Electronic repair parts Equipment: Pallet Jacks and RF Scanners Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. EEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Must have adequate math skills Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned. Responsibilities Picking product and case pick. Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required. Safely operate material handling equipment. Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
