Registered Behavior Technician Afternoon Availibility Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team at Kids Club ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care to our young clients, fostering a happy and fun environment that encourages growth, development, and success. Responsibilities Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and strategies to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities acquire new skills and behaviors Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of ABA services Provide one-on-one instruction and support to children in various settings, including home, school, and clinic environments Collect and record data on child behavior and progress, using this information to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including data collection, session notes, and billing information About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician with Kids Club ABA, you will be part of a community that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families.
