LPN - LTC

Healthcare Professional

This is a 13-week contract position.

The role requires a rotating schedule with shifts from 18:00 to 06:30.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and support to our patients, with a focus on ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support during shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid licensure or certification in your healthcare specialty.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
