FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Assistant for our automotive sales organization. The focus of this role will be to provide general support to local leadership members. Daily Responsibilities Provide administrative support for senior management. Collaborate with other Assistants to support the priorities and needs of the team. Serve as the primary contact person among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Own, track, follow up and help drive the completion of key deliverables (e.g. presentation, reporting, tools, and some special projects). Watch over calendars and coordinate (large) team meetings, workshops, and events. Make travel and accommodation arrangements and handle expenses.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar. 3+ years experience providing direct management support. Experience supporting sales teams or working within the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
