Home Health Aide

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County.

This role is ideal for caregivers, retirees, parents, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income through short, meaningful visits. Many assignments are task-based and typically range from 1-hour visits to a few hours, with opportunities available during early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and throughout the day.

Pay starts at $20+/hour, with opportunities to earn additional reliability bonuses for consistent attendance and dependability.
