Job Details: Location: FlowerMound, TX. Therapy2000, a home‑based provider of pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist/PTA to serve families in the FlowerMound/Lewisville area. This full‑time or part‑time position is based in our DFW division. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy. Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers. Act as a vital member of patients’ medical neighborhood, collaborating and coordinating care between providers and disciplines. Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency. Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork. Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high‑quality patient care. Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures. Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home‑health pediatric physical therapy. Qualifications Current/active Texas license to practice Physical Therapy. Innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business. Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser). Bonus Points 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist. Experience in a home‑health setting. Specialty Certifications (e.g., PCS). Bilingual (English/Spanish).
