Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position. This is a full-time opportunity for someone interested in developing skills in marketing, customer service, event operations, team leadership, and business management. The selected candidate will work as part of our team while receiving structured on-the-job training and mentorship. As the employee develops proficiency in the role, they may take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Supporting marketing and promotional activities at retail events Interacting professionally with customers and providing product and service information Assisting with event preparation, setup, and daily operations Supporting event coordination and maintaining organized event areas Learning and applying company marketing and customer service procedures Assisting management with day-to-day business operations Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development Developing knowledge of business operations, marketing, and customer engagement Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment Learning basic leadership, budgeting, and operational procedures Taking on additional responsibilities as training and performance progress Working directly with the Location Manager for coaching, feedback, and development Qualifications Required Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Professional and dependable attitude Willingness to learn new skills and procedures Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, or a similar environment Leadership experience through employment, school, athletics, volunteer activities, or community organizations Interest in developing business and leadership skills Previous management experience is not required. Training is provided for the position.
