Store Manager

Job Title: Retail Store Manager Job Type: Regular Work • Location: Baybrook Mall, Friendswood, TX 77546 Overview NeCOA stores offer an immersive retail experience for water purification products. As Store Manager, you will lead the store in delivering outstanding customer service, managing sales floor activities, overseeing transactions, and ensuring overall store performance. Responsibilities Drive overall store performance through effective sales floor leadership. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean environment and visual merchandising standards. Oversee direct and indirect sales associates on sales behaviors, promotions, and operational processes. Conduct new hire orientation and provide continuous training and development of the store team. Accountable for launch and holiday preparedness. Ensure labor spend remains within corporate-provided budgets. Manage store profitability and meet P&L targets. Partner with cross‑functional team members to maintain store operations, including store technology, supply chain, repairs and maintenance, marketing, and visual merchandising. Handle purchase transactions, customer installation scheduling, and POS register processes. Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in large big‑box or specialty retail environments. 6–8 years of experience leading a team of associates. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and adaptability to change. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across cross‑functional teams. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 6+ years of relevant experience. Water filtration experience is strongly preferred.
