Patients from the hospital continue their stay here for 2-3 weeks of rehabilitation and skilled nursing before heading home after surgery or illness.We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to work in collaboration with the Director of Nursing to create an efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. An ADON should have once been a hard-working and compassionate registered charge nurse who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills. Prefer an RN who has completed the CMS Infection Preventionist Program, or is willing to become certified.Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open this door for you.
