Job Summary The Financial Management Program (FMP) Internship is a ten‑week early career development program that provides projects across Finance in Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Interns complete a 10‑week project, two courses on communication and data analysis, and present to senior leaders and mentors. Essential Responsibilities Complete a 10‑week project in one of GE’s core finance competencies: Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Financial Planning and Analysis. Complete two courses focused on communication skills in business and data analysis tools. Work alongside and present to senior leaders who act as coaches and mentors. Actively uphold GE’s values and participate in the inclusive culture. Willingness to relocate to the headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Qualifications and Requirements Prior GE Aerospace internship experience (required). Graduation date between August2027 and May/June2029. Full‑time, matriculated, nationally accredited bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Data or Business Analytics, or Mathematics. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and 3.0 in‑major GPA on a 4.0 scale. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visas will be sponsored. Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. Role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or granted asylee/refugee status. Desired Characteristics Humble, respectful, receptive, agile, and eager to learn. Transparent; shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively. Focused on safety, prioritizes impactful work, and continuously improves processes. Leadership ability: strong communicator and decision‑maker.
