About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our best-in-class educational team across multiple school sites in the Hanford, CA area. This is a high-impact opportunity to deliver student-centered, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive, outcomes-focused speech and language services aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary team settings with educators, administrators, and families to drive measurable student success
- Conduct data-driven assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
- Deliver differentiated, culturally responsive interventions across general education and special education environments
- Maintain best-practice documentation and timely reporting in district systems
What We're Looking For
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility) + ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience or strong clinical background with pediatric populations
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal agility and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with strong organizational excellence
