Nudy's Cafes operates 14 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, including a new location in Havertown, PA. We are actively recruiting full‑time Operations Managers to lead and manage these sites. Responsibilities Coordinate daily restaurant operations. Understand and deliver on the Customer Journey. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond swiftly and accurately to customer concerns. Regularly review product quality. Organize and supervise shifts (preferred 7‑shift system experience). Continuously manage, coach, and train employees and peers with a passion for service. Ensure that Nudy's brand is represented consistently. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and side‑work schedules. Take initiative, remain people‑focused, and be result oriented. Requirements Minimum of 1 year’s restaurant management and operations experience; a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams. Extensive food knowledge with the ability to answer customer questions. ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment. Consistent Line Check submissions. Ability to interpret restaurant operations data from reports and use it to inspire positive change. Open availability (any day of the week between 6:30 am and 4:30 pm). Access to a vehicle during working hours. Physical Requirements Traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly. Prolonged periods standing and walking. Lift, stoop, bend, or twist repetitively.
