Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Boston Adult Congenital Heart team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized nursing care to adult patients with congenital heart disease in a leading pediatric academic medical center. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, monitoring complex cardiac conditions, patient and family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll uphold safety and quality standards, support care transitions, use EMR efficiently, precept as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
