Floor Tech

Position Summary Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and is set to take its first patient on June 15th, 2026. The Floor Care Technician performs assigned floor care functions based on hospital standards and procedures; performs environmental services duties as needed; provides linen distribution; and conducts floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other contractual duties according to regulations. The technician assists with routine maintenance and servicing operations as directed by the Director of Plant Operations. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a healthcare setting General maintenance and care of multiple types of floors Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Detail-oriented, able to meet strict timeframes.
