Embroidery Machine Operator

Buck’s Screen Printing & Embroidery is looking for an experienced embroidery machine operator to join our production team in Lexington, KY. We need someone who can work independently on commercial embroidery machines, especially with caps.

What you’ll do:

• Hoop and embroider caps and garments on Barudan machines
• Follow digital work orders in Printavo
• Select thread colors, check placement and tension, and monitor stitch quality
• Trim and clean finished pieces
• Keep your station organized and communicate any production issues

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial embroidery machine experience required
• Cap embroidery experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage your own station and maintain consistent quality
• Barudan and Printavo experience are a plus

We’re a family-owned shop with a small, established team. This is a full-time, on-site position.
