As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. Your expertise will ensure that every operation runs smoothly and safely, contributing to the best possible outcomes for patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated surgical team and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.

• Maintain current CPR certification and OR Surgical Technician certification
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff in the performance of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with all members of the surgical team for the benefit of the patient
• Demonstrate clinical competence in surgical technical skills, sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management
• Maintain a superior sterile conscience and consistently uphold sterile technique
• Communicate any breaks in technique to the circulating RN and surgeons
• Ensure all necessary equipment is in the room prior to the start of the case
• Operate all electro-surgical, diagnostic, video, and disposable equipment safely
