Clinical Infrastructure Planner

Within Ambulatory Logistics & Infrastructure, the Clinical Infrastructure Planner supports activation planning, equipment coordination, move management, and operational readiness activities for clinical spaces impacted by capital and non-capital projects. The Clinical Infrastructure Planner serves as a key liaison between clinical operations, facilities, vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful space activation and transition efforts. The Clinical Infrastructure Planner coordinates activities related to medical equipment planning, vendor installation, inventory management, budgeting, contract administration, move coordination, and site decommissioning. The Clinical Infrastructure Planner plays a critical role in transitioning newly completed clinical environments from construction to full operational use while supporting continuity of patient care and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience coordinating healthcare, facilities, construction, activation, or transition projects, along with strong organizational, communication, documentation, budgeting, and project coordination skills. Experience supporting medical equipment planning, move management, vendor coordination, contract administration, regulatory compliance activities, and operational readiness initiatives is highly desirable. Salary range: min $106,500 - mid $133,000 - max $159,500 Why Us? Key Responsibilities Coordination with project team Facilitation of Medical equipment installation and support Equipment planning coordination Move management procurement Vendor installation coordination Coordinating inventory management Scheduling and move coordination Transitioning space after construction to operations Budgeting and contract management Site decommissioning Related project communications Medical Equipment/FFE Planning Work alongside Equipment Planning services either directly with MEQ firm or through A/E for projects. Liaison for overall process for the procurement and installation of equipment, including documenting inventories, review of floor plans, supporting requisition packages. Facilitates and maintains schedule review of specifications, drawings, submittals, and milestones. Liaison between client departments, consultants, regulatory agencies, clinical engineering, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with IT, Clinical Engineering, and asset management on the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment. Move Coordination/Activation/Deactivation Facilitates coordination with project team and is primary liaison to clinical partners to communicate of all move coordination and site deactivation strategies and plans. Where needed, provides oversight to the move management vendor. Work may include site inspections, site walks, punch-lists, asset transfers, work orders, safety clearances, regulatory compliance, maintenance of all deactivation and move schedules, tracking of issues and dissemination of communications as required. Work with all stakeholders to coordinate orientation and training for staff and building occupants. Documentation Assist with sourcing and contract management including related RFQ/RFP's, ensuring that standards for needs are followed. Works with invoicing allocations and budget tracking reports, and schedules. Document Management including project reports, schedules, space reports, meeting minutes, and project file organization. Is the primary liaison with the clinical team to transition space after construction to full clinical operations. Other duties as assigned
