Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – your journey starts with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 within 30 and 120 days, respectively) and progressing through dedicated training and coaching. You will acquire, build, and manage client relationships, deliver client reviews and presentations, and collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to comprehensive solutions. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, and all employees must maintain registration and pass required background checks. Responsibilities Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) within the specified time frames. Receive dedicated training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers. Acquire, build, and manage client relationships; identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Maintain SAFE Act registration and complete mandatory background checks. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined management of time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
