This full-time role allows you to engage with patients directly through our telehealth platform, ensuring access to vital mental health interventions from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Covering a variety of mental health conditions from depression to substance abuse, the therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

Work Environment\nThis position offers a remote working environment, utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility tailored to accommodate patient needs and appointments. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed mental health assessments that involve understanding and evaluating patients' histories, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment strategies. \n
- Utilize recognized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual and group sessions via our telehealth system. \n
- Deliver psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at providing resources, reducing stigma, and building community understanding around mental health issues. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care that enhances treatment efficacy. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability until further support can be arranged. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation as mandated by legal and ethical standards, with a focus on electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficiency and compliance. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through attendance in case consultations and team meetings to refine practices and stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health. \n
As a therapist in our center, you will work with a varied population, including children, adults, and families. Each patient presents unique challenges and experiences, from those struggling with anxiety and mood disorders to those coping with substance use issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia is essential. \n
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions, with the ability to apply these in real-world scenarios. \n
- Proven experience in conducting in-depth mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication within therapeutic settings. \n
- Commitment to professional ethics and standards, including maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in relevant computer applications. \n
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting to ensure holistic patient care. \n

- More than two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferable, demonstrating a solid track record of delivering therapy to diverse populations. \n
- Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and adapting therapeutic techniques for remote delivery. \n
- Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency would be a plus, enabling better communication with a broader clientele base. \n
