Summary:

Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.

Responsibilities:

Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.

Additional Job Information:

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Work Experience: One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness.
