The Role …

We're seeking an ambitious Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help create innovative web applications that deliver exceptional user experience. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with experienced developers and business stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, scalable solutions. You'll contribute to frontend and backend development, participate in system design and testing activities, and help maintain applications that support critical business operations.

You’ll work with modern development technologies under the guidance of senior team members while gaining practical experience building and supporting production applications.

This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ corporate headquarters, with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.

Your Responsibilities …

Application Development & Full Stack Engineering

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and ORACLE databases
• Build responsive, interactive web application interfaces using frontend and backend technologies under team guidance
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, data structures, and REST APIs to support secure and reliable communication between frontend and backend systems

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Test applications across different browsers and devices to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve basic issues across both front-end and back-end systems

Production Support, Maintenance, & Documentation

• Provide foundational support for application availability, monitor nightly batch jobs, and assist with software upgrades and data purges. Escalate critical production issues according to established procedures
• Assist with general knowledge transfer, basic application configuration changes, and fulfilling ad-hoc report requests
• Create and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and user manuals

Requirements

You’ll Need …

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred, with 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in full-stack development (this includes experience gained through internships, bootcamps, or personal project portfolios); or 5+ years of combined experience in lieu of degree
• Technical Foundations: Foundational experience with Microsoft .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and a basic understanding of ORACLE PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
• Agile Adaptability: Familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle and a basic understanding of version control tools like Azure DevOps or Git
• Problem Solving Skills: Good debugging skills with a strong willingness to learn complex troubleshooting and system architecture
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders, clarify requirements, and communicate technical issues clearly
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the core development team and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to learn best practices, optimize application performance, and implement security protocols
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines with moderate complexity
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Office Suites

Highly Desired Experience & Skills …

• Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, SQL
• Cloud Technologies : Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure)
• Development Tools & Environment: Microsoft .NET Framework and currently supported versions of .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Windows Server and IIS
• Web & Database Technologies: AJAX, ASP.NET, REST APIs, Azure Services, Data Base Management Systems (Oracle Database, SQL)
• Web Design & Compatibility: Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Cybersecurity Skills: Foundational cybersecurity knowledge and security best practices to support the secure development, testing, and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and databases
• UI/UX Design: User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience for this position. This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
