Your Role as Top Producer:
You'll be a key contributor to our agency's growth, focusing on building strong client relationships, closing new business, and mentoring fellow producers. Your sales success and leadership will inspire the team to exceed ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and surpass individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships
• Mentor and support other producers to grow their skills
• Collaborate with leadership on business growth strategies
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
• Maintain compliance and licenses in P&C & Life & Health
• Promote a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
• Proven track record as a high-performing sales producer
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor colleagues
• Thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and professional environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with both in-office and remote teams

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
