Location/In-Office Policy: Midtown, NYC; 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

Compensation : $130k - $160k base plus bonus opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

• Support firmwide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools
• Analyze financial performance and identify key business trends
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior leadership
• Partner with teams across the organization on strategic and financial initiatives
• Provide analysis to support business planning and decision-making

Qualifications :

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A from an asset management firm / investment firm
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
