What You\'ll Be Doing Data Integrity & Quality Assurance Manage Complex Data Sets: Oversee vast sets of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and systems. Ensure Data Integrity: Develop and enforce processes that maintain data integrity and enhance quality, reliability, and accessibility for stakeholders. Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation Turn Data into Insight: Utilize advanced statistical and data-mining techniques to uncover insights that inform Zephyruss strategic decisions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to understand data needs, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven solutions. Build Clear Visualizations: Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js, translating data into accessible, actionable insights. Deliver Stakeholder Insights: Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data informs impactful decisions across the organization. Continuous Improvement of Data Systems Develop & Maintain Database Systems: Design and optimize database systems to enable efficient data storage and retrieval. Monitor and Update Data Sources: Regularly update and maintain data sources, ensuring that business units have access to the latest information. What You\'ll Bring to Our Team Educational Background Bachelors or Masters Degree: Preferred fields include Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Technical Skills & Expertise Database Management & Modeling: Proven experience in managing database systems and developing models that enhance data structure. Proficient in Data Languages: Strong command of SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages relevant to data manipulation and analysis. Data Visualization Mastery: Skilled with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js, creating impactful visual representations of complex data. Analytical & Communication Skills Problem Solver: A knack for identifying patterns and trends within complex datasets, with an ability to translate these into strategic insights. Communication Proficiency: Capable of articulating data insights clearly to a diverse audience, from technical to executive levels.
