Multiline Office Manager (State Farm Experience Preferred)
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Commission & Performance Bonuses (Based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a structured, highly organized Multiline Office Manager to maintain daily operations and drive team accountability. This role requires a disciplined professional who excels at executing established systems and maintaining absolute operational continuity— including serving as the primary leader in charge during the Agent's absence. If you prefer creating your own rules over following a proven playbook, this role is not a good fit.
Primary Responsibilities

• Process Execution: Strictly adhere to, execute, and enforce the agency’s established workflows, scripts, and sales processes.
• Autonomous Leadership: Oversee daily office operations and serve as the main decision-maker when the Agent is out of the office.
• Team Accountability: Coordinate daily workflows, monitor staff activities, and keep the team aligned with production targets.
• Client Engagement: Connect with clients to review accounts and identify coverage gaps across auto, fire, life, and health lines.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, evaluate marketing efforts, and report pipeline progress directly to the Agent.

Qualifications

• Process Discipline: Proven track record of successfully respecting, working within, and enforcing defined business processes.
• Experience: 3+ years of sales experience meeting daily/monthly goals (State Farm cross-sell experience highly preferred).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and maintain operational authority independently without constant supervision.
• Licensing: Must currently hold and maintain active Indiana state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
