Inside Sales Manager

Position: Inside Sales Manager Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) Pay: $120,000/year Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm HB Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Inside Sales leadership or management role. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. Experience managing customer relationships, onboarding, contract execution, and issue resolution. Demonstrated experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI development, and performance reporting. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Operations, Marketing, and Outside Sales teams. Preferred Experience Experience within the electronic components or electro-mechanical components industry. Experience selling high-value electronic connectors or similar technical products. Background in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or interconnect solutions industries. Experience developing strategic sales plans, departmental budgets, staffing plans, and compensation models. Knowledge of ITAR/EAR compliance is preferred. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth initiatives. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, contract administration, and customer onboarding. Ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and make data-driven business decisions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
