Desired Qualifications and Background:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of Florida
• Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience in school-based settings or working with PreK-12 populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Expertise in both individual and group therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Passion for fostering growth and supporting student achievement
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of student progress and interventions
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and professional development sessions
