The Warehouse Supervisor manages frontline warehouse operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures employees meet productivity, safety, and quality standards while maintaining smooth sortation and outbound flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates and Team Leads during assigned shift
• Ensure packages are sorted accurately and efficiently
• Monitor daily productivity and quality metrics
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
• Address attendance and performance issues
• Coordinate dock doors, load sequencing, and outbound staging
• Report operational issues to Assistant Warehouse Manager
• Train and onboard new employees
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work a shift that begins at 8am and includes Saturdays, with a flex day off during the week
