Client Retention & Service Specialist This is not a passive role. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring retention, and improving the overall client experience. You will: Handle client service requests (policy changes, billing, claims guidance) Follow up consistently to maintain strong relationships Review policies and identify coverage gaps Support account growth through cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking You are the front line of the agency’s client experience—and a direct driver of retention and growth. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Retention Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally Proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction Re-engage past clients through scheduled outreach Account Management Review policies and recommend improvements Assist with renewals and retention strategies Identify opportunities to expand coverage Operations Keep CRM updated with notes, tasks, and follow-ups Stay organized and manage multiple priorities daily Support quoting and documentation for the sales team What We’re Looking For You’ll succeed in this role if you: Take ownership of your work Communicate clearly and confidently Stay organized and follow through Move with urgency and attention to detail Enjoy helping people and solving problems This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow in a structured, performance-based environment.
