Horizon Staffing Resources is seeking an ABA paraprofessional for the upcoming 2026 Extended School Year (ESY) in Tenafly, NJ. The ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) paraprofessional will work closely with a student with behavioral needs. The ABA paraprofessional will build rapport with the student to learn behaviors and modify them in a constructive way. The ideal candidate will have previous background working in an ABA setting.

The Schedule:

• Monday through Friday – NO WEEKENDS!
• 8:45am to 2:45pm – NO EVENINGS OR NIGHTS!

Responsibilities:

• One-on-one instruction: Implementing lessons and behavior intervention plans created by a behavior consultant
• Daily Living Activity Assistance: Helping students with personal care needs
• Data collection: Recording session progress and other data on data sheets
• Documentation: Maintaining records of behavior analysis data and graphing
• Communication and Collaboration: Working with teachers and other staff to create an effective learning environment
• Involvement: Participating in clinical team meetings and training and assisting with classroom activities and setup
• Student Supervision: Monitoring students on breaks, recess, field trips, etc

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Previous experience in an ABA setting required
• Educational background: High school diploma required
• Clearance: Must be fingerprinted by the New Jersey Borad of Education
