Machine Operator I – Special ProductsPay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift) Location: Arlington, TXWe are currently hiring a Machine Operator I to join our Special Products team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work in a manufacturing environment.Position SummaryPrepare and operate machines to produce high-quality products while following safety and production standards.What You'll Do:Prepare machines for production and verify safe operating parametersLoad and unload parts from machinesInspect finished parts for qualityRepair minor defects as neededClean molds and equipmentPerform buffing and brush paintingUse hand tools, including X-Acto knivesEnsure materials are ready and available for productionMaintain a clean and safe work areaWhat We're Looking For:Entry-level – works under close supervisionBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to convert basic weights and measurementsGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailProblem-solving abilityManufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged standingFrequent bending, pushing, pulling, and stoopingLifting requirements vary by department (20–50+ lbs)Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat in summer, cold in winter)Why Join Us?Consistent weekday scheduleStable, full-time opportunityHands-on work environmentGreat entry point into manufacturing
