Dishwasher

It is the responsibility of the dishwasher to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. They are responsible for washing and cleaning all plate ware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. They keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities include setting up dish station according to guidelines and standards, inspecting and testing sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix and properly setting up dish machine, ensuring all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area, keeping dish room clean and organized with plate ware decoy system always in place, bagging and hauling kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin, cleaning food preparation and production areas as required, and performing other duties as assigned by management staff. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Must be 18 years of age or over, ability to work in a fast paced environment, good communication skills, experience working in a team orientated environment.
