Locum to Perm - Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine Chesapeake, VA

Dates of Coverage: Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers. Practice Setting: Occupational Health

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)

Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10

Documentation System/EMR: Systoc

Description of Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs Submission Requirements

Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active VA - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
DOT Certification - REQUIRED
MUST BE WILLING TO COVER LOCATIONS AS LISTED IN JOB
AVAILABILITY MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR - Preference to providers that can cover ALL dates
