Senior Vice President of Operations

Role Overview
Brazos Private Equity Partners is a private investment firm that partners with established businesses to support long-term growth and value creation, investing across a range of industries and working closely with management teams to improve operations and drive sustainable performance. The firm is hiring a Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for a full-time remote role working closely with colleagues and portfolio company teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and company research, analyzing financial and operational data
- Support investment evaluations and track portfolio company performance
- Prepare written materials such as reports, memos, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and documentation across portfolio companies
- Participate in virtual meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to process improvements across the firm's portfolio operations function
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment
- Background in private equity, financial analysis, or portfolio operations
