Air Export Specialist

Overview A freight forwarder in Dallas needs an air export specialist to handle outbound air shipments from start to finish. You would own your own files and deal directly with clients, airlines and co-loaders. Day to day Book and manage air export shipments from pickup through to uplift and delivery. Prepare the documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices and certificates of origin. Negotiate space and rates with airlines and co-loaders, and build the consolidations. Handle dangerous goods, TSA security and export controls, and keep clients updated throughout. You\'ll fit if You have at least 2 years in air export at a freight forwarder. You know IATA, dangerous goods (DGR), INCOTERMS and air export documentation. You work accurately under pressure and respond quickly to clients. Experience with CargoWise would help.
