Role Overview

We are seeking a doctor who is clinically skilled, personable , and really good at simplifying complex terminology . The ideal candidate can confidently adjust patients and make complex information simple , helping patients understand that chiropractic isn't about treating pain - it's about correcting the underlying structural issues that cause pain.

Our ideal Doctor who not only adjusts effectively, but also connects with patients, educates with clarity (from a patient perspective) , and contributes to a warm, encouraging clinic atmosphere that helps patients feel supported in their healing journey.Core Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality chiropractic adjustments
• Educate patients on structural alignment, long-term wellness, and the phases of care
• Help patients transition through Relief → Retrain → Retain care phases
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently (minimal requirements)
• Collaborate with a supportive administrative and front-desk team
• Participate in internal training, communication skill development, and clinic improvement
• Maintain a warm, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
