Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units. Work alongside lead installers to set up complete systems including ductwork, ventilation, thermostats, and controls. Follow safe work practices and ensure all installations meet company and code standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain the work being performed and set clear expectations. Support the installation of indoor air quality products such as humidifiers, UV lights, and advanced filtration systems. Help conduct full-home walk-throughs and safety inspections to verify system performance and site readiness. Accurately document work performed and assist with estimates or invoices using company software (ServiceTitan). Participate in ongoing training to strengthen technical expertise, efficiency, and customer service skills. Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by management. Job Requirements: 1+ years experience in HVAC. Must be within 30 miles of Marietta, GA. EPA Certification (Preferred). Valid Driver’s License (required). Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report. Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
