Safe Haven Security seeks a driven Direct Sales Manager to build, lead, and coach a residential field sales team selling ADT-backed smart home and security solutions. In this fast-paced, entrepreneurial role, you’ll recruit, train, and mentor reps, drive daily activity in assigned territories, and own performance against aggressive growth targets. Partner with operations to ensure smooth installations and outstanding customer experiences. Ideal candidates bring proven door-to-door or field sales leadership, strong CRM and pipeline skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a competitive, commission-driven environment.
