Personal Banker II- Burlington, NJ

Position Overview WSFS Bank’s Personal Banker is responsible for providing products and services to enhance customer relationships, opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, and resolving customer service issues. The incumbent will comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements, promote digital banking services, assist with teller transactions, and perform various transactions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Obtain and manage new accounts and process loan applications. Provide customer service and resolve issues through in‑person interactions and outbound calling efforts. Recommend and promote bank products and digital services. Assist customers with teller transactions and perform transaction processing. Perform account maintenance requests and ensure accurate, timely service. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience. Previous cash handling and retail sales experience strongly preferred. Ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner with excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs. Proven ability to market bank products and services. One year of prior banking experience preferred. Schedule Full‑time 40‑hour week. Monday‑Friday 8AM–6PM, Saturday 9AM–1PM. 2–3 Saturdays per month required. Schedule may change based on business needs. Compensation Base salary range: $37,440 – $52,800 annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, geography and other factors.
