• Strong clinical skills in low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management
• Experience with fetal heart rate interpretation, OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and operative deliveries
• Proficiency in managing complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech presentations, VBACs, and multiple births
• Ability to perform office-based and minor gynecology procedures as well as surgical gynecology procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Manage laborist coverage, including routine deliveries and complex obstetric cases
• Interpret fetal monitoring studies and perform obstetric ultrasound assessments
• Support high-risk pregnancy care and assist with clinical decision-making for cesarean delivery when needed
• Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD placement, colposcopy, cystoscopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Handle surgical gynecology cases, including laparoscopic and operative procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide timely, patient-centered care
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in all patient encounters
