Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Med Surg Tele Nurse you will be a pivotal health-careprofessional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

• Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner focusing on physiologic psychosocial cultural spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition pain patient/family education family involvement and patient advocacy
• Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes
• Implements care in a thorough skillful and consistent manner
• Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time personnel equipment and supplies
• Effectively communicates with patients staff and providers

Job Requirements

• Associates degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
• One (1) year acute care RN experience
• Valid compact state or Arizona RN license
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certificate
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate

Preferred

• One (1) year of pediatric RN experience
• Bachelors degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
• American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support certificate
