Distribution Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Shift: Day Shift Hours: 7AM – 3:30 PM Schedule: Monday through Friday TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing organization to hire Warehouse Distribution Associates who enjoy staying organized, working with systems, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond basic picking and stocking—you’ll be trusted to accurately document inventory movements, use ERP and inventory systems, and keep records up to date using computers or tablets. If you’re comfortable working with technology, completing paperwork, and operating equipment in a warehouse setting, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Support production and internal teams by preparing and kitting materials as needed Build, stage, and prepare outbound shipments with accuracy and attention to detail Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and document inventory using ERP or inventory software Complete daily paperwork and electronic documentation to track inventory movement Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners or handheld devices Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (experience preferred) Package and label orders for shipment Assist with processing returned or warranty items Participate in physical inventory counts and help organize incoming shipments What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Strong comfort level using computers, tablets, or handheld devices throughout the workday Experience with ERP systems or inventory software is highly preferred Ability to accurately complete paperwork and electronic records Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required Why You’ll Like This Role Consistent weekday schedule with daytime hours Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Hands‑on role with technology and systems—not just manual labor Stable work environment with opportunities to grow your skills Supportive team focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc.
