Service Administrator

PAPE’ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION – OKANOGAN, WA Service Administrator – Okanogan, WA Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team. This role supports a fast-paced service department and delivers an excellent customer experience when equipment is repaired or serviced. What You’ll Do As our Service Administrator, you will manage incoming and outgoing service department work, prepare repair estimates, provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, assist with dispatching technicians, and more. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude. What You Need Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a team. Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of equipment is preferred.
