Whether you're visiting with your loved one, family or pets, our facilities welcome you with seasonal food and drink options, spa treatments, pop-ups and event spaces with sustainable innovations throughout.About the role We’re seeking an experienced and passionate In Room Dining Manager to lead and oversee our In Room Dining operation, while also managing our Canal Barge Dining experiences, Picnic offerings, and Café Santé outlet. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple food and beverage concepts. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service standards, driving operational excellence, and leading a team committed to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Working closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, you will oversee daily operations, maximise guest satisfaction, manage financial performance, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation are consistently achieved.What you will doLead the day-to-day operations of In Room Dining, Canal Barge Dining experiences, Picnic services, and Café SantéEnsure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered across all outlets and experiencesManage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance managementCoordinate with the Culinary team to ensure seamless food delivery, presentation, and quality standardsMonitor staffing levels and create schedules that support operational demands and service excellenceDrive revenue opportunities while managing costs, labour, and departmental budgets effectivelyHandle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies and proceduresMonitor stock levels, ordering requirements, and inventory controls across all managed outletsIdentify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and contribute to continuous operational improvementWhat You’ll BringPrevious management experience within Food & Beverage, In Room Dining, Restaurant, or Hotel OperationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teamsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised serviceExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneouslyStrong understanding of financial controls, budgeting, and labour managementKnowledge of food safety, health & safety, and hospitality industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detailFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredBenefitsFree Shuttle Bus transport from local towns/stations to the hotel (Fleet, Church Crookham and Elvetham Heath)Employee Travel ProgrammeBUPA dental health careExcellent Training and Career Development opportunities28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays (increasing based on length of service)Group Personal Pension Plan upon completion of three months’ serviceOpportunities to build a successful career with global potentialAccess to Wagestream – a salary advance benefitWeCare Employee Wellbeing PlatformUniform and free meals on dutySummaryLocation: Four Seasons HampshireType: Full time
