At Slim Chickens, we believe great food starts with even better people. We're looking for Team Members who bring positive energy, hustle hard, and love working with people. Whether you're taking orders, serving Guests, or working behind the scenes, you're a key part of what makes Slim Chickens so great. No experience? No problem — we'll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is that you bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet every Guest with a smile and genuine hospitality
- Take orders accurately and help Guests find their favorites
- Run food to tables and make sure every order is right and hot
- Help keep the dining room, drink station, and lobby clean and inviting
- Jump in wherever needed — kitchen, expo, front counter, drive-thru
- Work as part of a team to make sure every Guest has an awesome experience
- Learn the Slim Chickens standards and bring them to life every shift
- Move with urgency and take pride in every task, big or small
